Unlike many other training organisations however we also give you effective training in the essential change management skills to make you an Effective lean Six Sigma Black Belt. The course is run over 12 days so that we can provide you with all the relevant skills to certify (included in the cost) in a time period that suits most businesses. The 3 modules of 4 days are space about 4 weeks apart to enable delegates to work on projects. This enables the ultimate learning experience as you practise what you are being taught. After you have completed 1 project you can apply for Green Belt certification. Once you have completed your second project you can apply for your Black Belt.
